Online order clicks

HI!I'm from pretoria and placed a order at clinic online.They said 1-3days to be picked up by me at clicks sinnoville pretoria. It's 8 day now!After numerous phone calls to the call center to query my order no delivery yet!Evertytime the persons telling me a story!I will never order or buy goods from clicks and rather go to dischem!I'm very disappointed and would rather have a refund!I worn all costumers!Don't ever order from clicks if support them.Very poor service!My order number ***.
