Online Order

i bought essential items online on the 22 of Jan, 25 Jan i received an email stating that my order was on its way from Jahannesburg offices with tracking number: OFT1T***. to this day my order has not arrived. no one has tried to make contact with me in regards to what is the delay. i have tried all avenues but no luck. i dont understand how does it take for an order to come from Johannesburg to Daveyton when we are in the same province that it may take more than a decade. this is the worst experience and i truly REGRET buying from Clicks!!
