Online order before lockdown still not delivered!

Good day, my order number #*** that was place on the 24th March 2020 is still not delivered and clicks is not giving any clarity/feedback/refund. I am really disappointed in the online store and its customer experience. Please give me some clarity, I asked for a tracking details with no response. thanks Adelaide
