I which to inform you of my disappointment in the online order service.

I ordered online on Saturday 15 May – Order nr: *** I was informed that the parcel will be delivered within 1 – 3 working days. I received an message that the parcel was out on delivery on 17 May 2021, tracking nr: OFT1T***0 delivery address: Clicks, 82 Market Street, George

This is now the 20th and the parcel is not there yet.
