Online order

i placed an order online for two nail dryers, and they said my order will be delivered in 1-3 working days, on the fourth day i emailed them enquiring on the delivery of my order till date i haven't received any response.

On the firth day i went to the store where i selected my order to be delivered at (Newtown Junction) and they were not of any help, utterly useless.

on the eighth day when i tracked my order it said dispatched, on the 8th day whereas they said 3 days. Icing on the poor service that i was given already they only delivered one item. and when i called them they said i must send an email that will take 24hours for them to respond.

Clicks online Shopping disappointed me, i just want my money back and i will never ever place an order online.
