Online nightmare with clicks

I made an online order on 17th December, hoping to receive it within 2-3 working days as I usually do. Received an sms on the 19th that order has been dispatched. By the 24th of December, I received nothing so I called clicks, I was told to call Ram courier as it has been dispatched. Called Ram, they have no details or my parcel at all. So I call clicks back and tell them to rather cancel my order as I was going away. I was told it will be cancelled in the next 24 hours. No refund in the 24 hours. I called them again on the 2nd Jan and again I get told that it will be refunded in the next 24hours, it’s been over 48 hours now and still no refund. Sick and tired of calling and dealing with such useless and pathetic service!!! Never again!
