Online nightmare

Worst service possible. Dont deliver online orders as promised although they take money for speed delivery. Sent email to say 1 to 3 working days will now be 7??. (Rather just drive to dischem. )Cannot get refund. Call centre claims no outstanding order. Store claims online nothing to do with them.Beware. R700 down the drain??
