Online is not working for clicks

I ordered from clicks online and received the wrong product. I informed them at the store i collected and they didnt care. I have been calling and emailing the online store but no one seems interested. Can someone please assist and advise what would be the next step to resolving this issue. I ordered a spiderman toothbrush and received a barbie toothbrush can you imagine the disappointment on my childs face. ***
