Online is a big NOOO!!

I purchased online and the money was deducted out my account. Few days later I receive an email to say they recieved my payment but the items have been canceled. I dont know if this is a big joke about me bring ********** . The worst part is that i work for clicks and been told to bring confirmation of my banking details and wait 14-17 days if i want a return . DISGUSTED!!!!!
