Online gift voucher

Unfortunately there is no 0 rating for clicks. I have purchased an online gift voucher for a new mum on the 23rd of June. They never sent the voucher. Had I not called them to communicate that, we would have never known. I call the call centre every single day, sometimes twice a day. The consultants are unhelpful. Nicole supposed to help with the problem. Each day I'm told someone will contact me. It's been 2 weeks. They are happy to take your money, but not happy to help ! Their email addresses do not work
