Online failure

<p>I've purchased from Clicks online on Black Friday. I didn't receive an order number & called Clicks to query it.</p> <p>Info received was the finance department would addresss. Waited 2 weeks & no response. Called again & just received the same response but a different reference number</p> <p>Written a few emails of complaints with little response</p> <p>I find it extremely poor service to keep asking Clicks for my order although they've taken my payment</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
