One teller

Visited Clicks Woodmead yesterday. One teller on duty with a queue. Another teller was called for but did not respond. When a teller came it was card only. Why was the teller not trained for cash? Eventually a third teller arrived. After the purchase I went to the manager to report the matter. He simply stated that there were more tellers. Maybe I have to take video evidence. This is not the first time that only one teller has been on duty. Could not get email address. The "Clicks support does not support very well
