On the 27 july 2024 I bought things on PROMOTION only received 1 item, I called to enquire on my incomplete order and was told the other items where coming from CapeTown and was given aref number*** and told they escalating the matter, and will communicate within 48hrs, time have passed,NO communication,made follow up again only to be told of the refunded money of the facialSteamer to my clicksclub card without any notification,was not aware if the item was sold out !I was told the airfryer was sent along with the other item this is so frustrating.i am now waiting another 48hrs for them to respond, 4days passed.No communication.Won't be surprised if I am told again of the refunded money to my clickscard for my airfyer. Promotion ended. does that mean I missed out on the things I bought due to clicks incompetence?
