Oder paid for but not delivered?? Cannot contact anyone

Ordering online- perfect to order and pay, But then the system reflects the courier says he cannot get hold of me(using old contact details) how do I contact anyone? The customer service number is not existing??? I placed an order on the 16/07/2021 Order #*** I suspect they are using the old contact details when I opened the Clicks Club card years ago, and not the new contact details that I entered when I placed the order. ... (so why should we even enter details if you are not using those details??) But now I cannot help them to do it right or fix it, because there is now way to communicate with Clicks . How is this Treating the customer Fairly? I’ve emailed with no feedback? So do you just keep my money?

I work from home, I am home every day. My study look out onto the gate, no one came to deliver, how can they say the cannot get hold of me x2? How can I get hold of the courier?? Please Clicks, if anyone can phone me I would appreciate it : *** Bianca
