Occupational Health & Safety Risk

On 20 Feb 2018 at about 18h00, I went to Clicks at BT Ngebs Mall in Mthatha!! With the high outside temperature, I found it appalling that right inside this specific shop the air consumed were non-functional while they were working inside the mall itself.

I pity how the staff there manages to stand and serve customers for hours on end under those inhumane conditions. The management of this store must know that safety comes FIRST before sales. This was really disturbing to notice and it was apparent from my engagement with some staff members on this issue that they have given up and are only forcing themselves to work, fearing the consequences.

Treat your own staff with dignity and respect us customers with our money. This is disgusting and very ******** of the OH&S Act of South Africa wrt the working conditions.
