Nursing Sister with an attitude

<p>I am extremely appauled at the service i recieved yesterday from the nursing sister at Vangate Mall clicks, I have been sitting and waiting for her to see me for an hour, everytime people that came after me went in, eventually when I thought okay its my turn to go in, she called another person. I informed her that I have been sitting very long and she told me rudely that these people have appointments and if Iam complaining about the long wait I should make an appointment, She should have informed me from the start, then I would not have wasted my time to go and sit there, I had to leave work early to take my baby for his vaccanation. I think that its really unfair there is no notice saying via appointments only and that people with appointments get seen first, I had to drive all the way to Mowbray and the service i recieved there was much better, she takes about 40mins a consultation leaving people waiting for a very long time!!!! I will not recommed clicks pharmacy vangate mall to anyone, I would from now on continue going to another Pharmacy. People take their babies to clinics and rather pay for vaccination because of the service we get from the Day Hospitals in our area, But i would rather go and sit there then go to Vangates Clicks Clinic, the pharmacy and clinic both got ****ty service. Iam not coming to the clinic for free vaccinations the only notice there is, is that for free vaccinations its via appointment only on thursdays 14:00-16:00, I beleiev if you pay for a service people should treat you properly adn not treat you like ****!! She has an attitude and got no way of speaking to people. </p>
