Nurse at Clicks Clinic-Vincent Park East London cancels appointment 15mins before agreed time

<p>I would like to complain about the Clicks Clinic in Vincent-East London. My sister booked an appointment for 28.06.2016 for immunisation of my 4 months old baby, who currently stays with my mom.When my mom went with the child, the nurse, by the name of Jacqueline Kruger asked unappropriate and unncessary questions to my 52 year old mom!! On top of that she told her she could'nt help her because she had "stuff to do" that she must come back today 29.06.2016 at 10 am. At 9:19am when my mom was on the way to Clicks Clinic the nurse (Jacqueline Kruger) called her, cancelling the appointment because SHE HAS TO GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!!!!! What BS is that????? That is very unprofessional!!! Since 05 May 2016, whenever my mom went there to vaccinate the child, Jacqueline Kruger always told them to go back to the previous clinic that she's been taking the child to, my child has never been vaccinated at the clinic !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats BS!!! Today they had to go to another clinic because Jacqueline Kruger could'nt help!!!</p>
