Not supplying essential products in time

My son has an undiagnosed rare disease and needs special feeding products that I can only get from CDM. I have explained my situation so so many time. They know we need the products but there is always an excuse. Not that it should make a a difference to the service they provide, out order can reach an amount of R 10 000.00 per month. They have the prescription and know we need the products monthly? If we do not provide him with the correct feeds he can go into a metabolic crises.
