NOT RECEIVED MY ONLINE PARCEL - OF*******

I ordered a parcel from Clicks online on the 12 August 2022, supposedly to be delivered with 2-3 days. It is now the 19 August 2022. After numerous telephone calls both to Clicks and RAM I am still to receive any satisfactory service. Both companies do not care about after service or for that matter any service at all. Promises of returning calls is not forthcoming. I am exceptionally disgusted in the ack of service and care towards me as a client. RAM and Clicks are not worthy of even a one star. I have also phoned RAM again this morning only for the consultant to tell me to hold on and not come back to me with information regarding my parcel.l
