Not received and already paid, bad attitude!

Using Clicks Pharmacy for years. They send an sms to inform that your goods is ready for pick up. Went to Clicks after a month or so to go and pick up the goods, because it already went off on the medical, the guy said to us that it’s not there anymore and they did send it back because we did not pick it up earlier. As we went to the till to pay other things, the guy at the till said to me that he wants to know where is the other goods that the little girl had in her hand that I took because she had to decide which one she wants, he kept on saying that he wants to see that I did put it back on the racks. After saying that we did put it back and we are not *****ing the sweets he kept on saying but he wants to see it.
