Not impressed

The drama using these click club cards, after having this card for some years and always swiping it but never using it, i finally resisted the card and ive been trying to use it ever since. They can never pick up that i have points on the card so they always got to call customer care to confirm who then say cash back is never on the day i would like to use it but on the 24th or when ever. its BEEN 4 FULL MONTHS IN TRYING TO USE THIS DAM CARD and cant, eventually a store manager at Canterberry in Randburg called for me on the 23rd of May and they advised him i should come back on the 24th i will have cash back, i could not make it then so i went today, first they couldnt pick up the points so they had to call, eventually they can pick up the points but theres a voucher problem that only IT can fix and they not available on a weekend, sitting with over 1000 points on this card and cant use it. At this point im extremely annoyed not only is it dam time consuming as i always end up standing by the counter for more than 15 minutes trying to use this card but still have never actually used the points on the card. I buy at clicks because of the card telling myself i will get cashback discount. I shopped for over R600 today telling myself im using this card the stuff i bought i could of got at checkers or Cambridge much cheaper. i told the cashier not to stress and cut the card i wont be shopping at clicks anymore and will be taking this to hello peter, but been the sweet girl she is she insisted on trying to sort it out and she will get back to me...Im so over even trying with this card. Imagine 4 months. i have a pick n pay smart shopper and never have such issues its so easy to use
