Not happy with their exchange policy
I bought a Safeway bathroom scale earlier today at Clicks Maponya Mall at 08:33, when I got home I opened it and only realized then that I bought the wrong one. I went back now at 13:15 to exchange it and they said they can’t take it back because I opened it. I find that very unfair as I didn’t even use the scale, I only realized after opening it that it’s the wrong one. Hardly 6 hours and yet they don’t wanna exchange it for me and now I’m stuck with the wrong scale
