Not happy!

I do NOT recommend buying online from clicks and just to state its my first time buying from them online, never again. Worst service from them actually overall worst service from them as I had a cashier being rude to me a few days a go in one of their stores just because I have paid already and wanted to add an item afterwards! I Placed an order online which states clearly on their website 1-3 working days courier, it has now been 5 DAYS! Plus no one can tell me where my order is the best part is that I spent a great amount so I’ve paid a HUGE amount for a package to get lost and no one can assist me after phoning Patho, Clicks customer care and the actual store where it needs to be delivered at. What great service clicks! Thank you for lieing your website!
