Not good service

I have tried calling Clicks in Nicolway branch over a month cannot get through , their manager advised their telephone is broken , not sure when it’s going to be repaired. It’s really frustrating. Furthermore the share price for Clicks is at least four times more than Dischem , with hardly a clients & not much service.
