Not good

I worked for clicks 9 years ago for 3 months and never received the money for my provident fund back which they took every month..i queried it since last year october because i thought they took it for the uniform i also never received...i have send in request to assist received a call per request saying they have received my request then that was it and left many messages on hr's voice mail still nobody responded. I am thinking of opening a theft case
