Not easy to Click and Collect
I placed an order with Clicks online on 22 July, early that morning. Later the same afternoon, I received an email that my parcel was being shipped. I chose the Click and Collect option and by Friday, 26 July I still had not received any communication to collect my parcel. I called Clicks on Saturday morning and was told the parcel is at my chosen branch. I was also told to just take my ID because I had not received the pin yet. I went to the branch on Sunday and found my parcel not there. But actually it was never scanned or written down in the log book. I then after alot of staff trying to figure out what to do, finally received my parcel. But the never asked for my ID or any proof that it was my parcel. Not a safe system and it's not the first time I have had problems at Beacon Bay in East London. Atleast this time my box was in tact and none of my products had leaked. Which is a big improvement from previous parcel and for which I am thankful for. But the ease of collecting a parcel is not there
