not Clicks again!!!

About two weeks ago my mom went to Vincent Park in East London. She saw that it was load shedding and the only shop that didn't have its lights on were Clicks, but there was an attendant at the door, with a torch in her hand. My mom wanted to know what time the lights would be coming back on as you know every area has different times. So she knocked on Clicks door, the attendant rudely looked at my mom and turned her back. To that attendant, you have caused Clicks to lose another customer, all you needed to do was open the door a bit and find out what the customer wanted. Would that have been so difficult????
