NOT ASSISTING ME CORRECTLY

Good day.

Today I visited Clicks in Upington. I visited to one in town, not the one at Kalahari Mall.

I wanted to get myself some medication, which my medical aids approved. The lady told they could not help me something to do with reference number or something.

I do not know what kind of service this is but this the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! How can a normal pharmacy not pick up a well known medical aid on their system!!!

This is very poor customer service to say the least!!
