Not allowed to use trolleys outside the store.

Hi. Would suggest Clicks Waterfall mall invests in proper trolleys which can be used outside the store. Why spend money if you need to carry all your items in plastic bags and not allowed to use a trolley outside the store? I had a knee operation and the security guard insisted that I should carry my bags until I can find a grocery trolley?I told him i will bring the trolley back to Clicks if I find another one to use. With all the effort I actually found another trolley outside Woolies and brought thetrolley back to them. No security in sight? And other people walking out with their trolleys? Found it ridiculous that you can cleary see my scars from the knee op and that Im battling to walk but still had to go in search for a different trolley to use...
