Not a very good pharmasist

I went to Clicks Pharmacy @ Atlasville 27.04.2024 to get tablets. on asking the pharmasist for guidance regarding my mouth - white sores on my tongue and in my mouth. the gave me something over the counter yellow substance and advise to use the droplet and put it on my tongue which i did . the stuff burned the **** out of me my tongue now have actual blisters ! OTC 937401. I asked her for something for a blocked nose for my granddaughter which is 18 months she gave me Sinutab Tablets ! really since when do you give an 18 month old child Sinutab
