Not a happy customer.

The process of dispensing medication needs to be looked into. The process is very slow. I waited for more than 30 minutes on queue, I had to leave without meds because I had to attend a meeting.

The whole process needs to re-engineered, from capturing of client data, medication data, printing. What is point of putting medication into that small cages.

Worst of it I have clicks shares.
