Northgate Clicks Pharmacy is *******

Clicks pharmacy Northgate is utterly ******* if I may say so myself.and i think i must add that clicks as a whole because before I could get help today no one wanted to touch the Matter.lets start from the begining their online system is ***** because I dont recall actually checking out or making or confirming the medication order however they processed it using my medical aid details to pay for products that they say they dont have or didn't have in stock so had I decided not to go and pick up this self made order I was going to be **********ly charged by clicks pharmacy on my medical aid..so when I get to the clicks at northgate today the pharmacist Bheki (locum ) and vanessa Ndlovu tell me no the medical aid didn't pay any they didn't pack the meds because they dont have it but where iam seated the meds are know the shelf and then they say no the medical aid didn't pay for it because my funds are depleted I show them an email from medical aid the reason iam here is because medical aid paid you so I might as well pick up the meds. They say no i dont have funds i must pay cash for it so i take just cough mictures and go pay for them cash but but i didn't get is they pull some document that it's not paid for nor packed online it says ready for collection and paid for and my medical aid confirmed they paid for it I called northgate clicks pharmacy and they not taking my calls I will be there first thing in the morning i want my money back and I want you guys to take your meds and shuff them you treat people like *****nse you will reimburse every penny no matter how small for the ******* treatment you gave me today because your accounts department confirmed my medical aid paid for the medication you told me it didn't and took my cash the pharmacists at northgate are **********
