Nonsense when buying health products

Today, 31 January 2018 was simply the last straw and I wont be returning to Clicks without radical staff/policy adjustment. I feel it nonsense to require name, and address just to buy some simple low schedule item from Clicks. Today I wanted to buy Canex V. Schedule 1. I can understand taking names for higher schedule items but really S1 or S2 why??? Other pharmacies simply give the product required and I go pay. I do not want a clicks card neither do I want to provide my details if this is am attempt by Clicks to solicit names to build up a spam list. This is not the first time a problem with a clicks. I certainly wont be going back.
