non functioning clicks Flora Centre

I have been trying to use my clicks points for three weeks at the clicks at flora center as i work in that building and it is convenient. I was told three weeks ago some of my points are expired and I have been trying to avoid the rest of my points being expired by trying to use them. Every time i go there the manager Portia has a huge grin on a her face and says they offline, today i had enough she told me to go to another clicks branch to use my points, i told her i work in the building and this is a functioning clicks that never functions, she spoke over me and was very unsympathetic when i asked her what happens when the points expire. she kept telling me to go elsewhere My closest pharmacy is dis chem at my home when i come to to work its clicks. I am so sick of dealing with a clicks in flora center clicks. I sent an email no one rep**** about this. I wonder if this is the end of my complaint i see clicks doesn't reply. dis chem is better
