Non-Existent Service delivery

You might as well close the Clicks at Marylone Mall (Blu Valley Mall) because the service is not just poor, it is non-existent!! I have been living in the area for 19 years and lately the service you get from that branch is extremely poor and I blame the Manager because there seems to be absolutely no control or guidance.

That is sad because previously it was a pleasure to go into that shop and get help and assistance as the personnel were present and visible, now at 09:30 in the morning there is only 1 till operational and the staff are unfriendly and slow, they are not thankful for still having a job and give you looks when you make a comment about the lack of professionalism and open tills.

Really not doing your brand any favors by treating customers like an inconvenience!
