non existant service - useless

this is the 2nd time i am dealing with Clicks Bassonia, the service is pathetic, non existant. i have emailed them last month, i got no reply. i called them and got no answer, i had to physically go there. this was the 31st march. today i emailed them my prescription, no answer to the email. i called various times on the land line. no one answers. best u sort out this bracj as its beyond pathetic
