Non-Delivery of Order and Lack of Support

Really disappointed with the level of service I have received from Clicks regarding my recent order. I placed an order on clicks website on 01.05.2024 (collection in store), with the expectation that it would be delivered within the specified timeframe. However, as of today 14.05.2024, I have yet to receive my order and you support help desk is not responding to any query.
