Non delivery of goods purchased via clicks online

Ordered things online from clicks. When i called to check the progress of my order i was told it was delivered and i signed for that order, which i did not receive. Now i'm left with no solution as what happens next as they are not communicating with me. I'm told my query has been escalated for investigation meanwhile i'm left stranded as their courier dawn wings didn't deliver but according to their system they did. So i'm left with no solution and have to replace whatever i ordered. Meaning i have to pop out money i don't have to replace things i already paid for. I'm really disappointed by the level of "help" i got from the clicks team.
