NON delivery of goods purchased from Click's online shopping website.

On Friday the 3rd of August 2018, I purchased 4 packs of nappies from Click's online shopping website. It is now the 10th of August 2018, an entire WEEK later and NOBODY can explain where my purchase is. I was supposed to have been delivered to my place of residence within 3 working days. It has been such an inconvenience at home alone with a set of twins, with no nappies and R469,77 poorer. I shall NEVER purchase anything from Click's online shopping every again.
