No Trust in Clubcard System

Clicks does not offer clients any way to check whether Clubcard points were actually awarded or whether cashbacks are given. I've phoned the contact centre that told me I was go to the store. The store is also unable to assist and must redirect to contact centre. Myself and two customers were also overcharged whilst in store. Clicks can definitely not be trusted for charging or rewarding clients accordingly.
