No Thank You!!

Online service is ridiculous, courier company is outsourced making tracking and getting any form of communication a nightmare. Once package is with courier clicks takes a back seat as if to say "it's non of their business anymore"... Called client services and being sent from pillar to post. Call center agents are so rude and hang up the phone without helping. Done with Clicks! I'll stick to Dischem and Takealot they are much more reliable.
