No sympathy at all.

I went to Clicks Protea Glen mall at the pharmacy to collect my chronic medication, I went Saturday morning as I've been going during the week only to find them closed due to loadshedding. I work 09:00- 17:00 at Randburg, I'm new at this job, but I've been leaving early to try to cover the time before Clicks closes, but I'd find it closed. So I got to the pharmacy, the lady that was not helpful at all, with no sympathy said I must come back during the week, I told her that I unable to make it on time and I can't keep asking to leave early, her words were like "SEND SOMEONE, TWO NIGHTS ONLY, YOU WON'T DIE." I do not understand how a whole pharmacist can such to someone who takes chronic medication. The other thing is that the reason I could not send someone there, a worker there once told me that I can't, now I can, so that's confusing.

I didn't take the lady's name, but today Saturday 2nd July 2022, she was working on counter 1.
