No such thing as FastTrack service or Valued Customer

I emailed my script to Park Meadows Clicks 24 hours in advance for your so-called "FastTrack collection". I had to wait in the queue for what the screen showed would be an average wait time of 32 minutes! No such thing as "receive priority queuing" as you advertise. When I double-checked if I should be queuing so long for this "FastTrack collection" none of your staff even really cared or apologised that it was such a long wait time. Extremely inefficient service for your "valued customer"!!!
