No Stock of Medication

I have been waiting for nearly 1 month for Clicks to get stock of Liptruzet 10/20 tablets. I have had no feedback unless I have contacted Clicks. Surely this is not normal to have to wait so long. I have been offered another tablet in place of Liptruzet but some of this then comes out of my Medical Saving Account. Secondly - does Clicks offer a home delivery Service of Chronic Medication. They say they do but when I ask, they say no. Your urgent reply will be appreciated.
