NO STOCK NO RAINCHECK Toni and Guy wide plate straightener R239.99

I am extremely disappointed in the service received from numerous of your stores. The toni and guy promotion of R239 until 20 Jan 2021. When you phone you can clearly hear them saying tell them we don't have stock of the item. Cape gate called tygervalley and parow and they had stock but when i got there they apparently didn't have. Your staff are keeping the products aside for friends and family. I phoned Belhar, Erica square, Bellville, Sanbel, Parow, Cape Gate. The worse service was at Parow and erica square where you could hear them talking in the background. Lots of people are complaining about this.

Your no raincheck policy is just a way of clearly telling your customers thank you but no thank you.

Head office said that all stores will have stock by the 15th and if I do not get my 3 straighteners that I wanted to buy. I'm heading straight to the National Consumer Commison
