No stock/ no prices

Good day.

I am deeply dissappointed in Clicks' customer service.

I went to Clicks Kalahari Mall Upington to buy tootbrush replacing head. To my surprize when I got there....there was literally no toothbrush heads....and also the 1 or 2 toothbrushes that were there....there are also no prices.

I do not know Clicks does things but I did work in the retail business...and this is totally unacceptable!!

It is there responsibility to make sure that there are always enough stock on the shelves. I will for sure tell people of what I experienced today.

I expect a reaction from this as soon as possible.
