No Stock in December busy time of year

Good day I am from port elizabeth and very very sisapointed . That not one clicks store Has the made for Baby brand size 5 jumbo pack Junior in stock . Spoke to a Manager from clicks walker drive this morning and she said waiting stock from dc ! Realy this time of Year so iam buying this product every month . So i asked cant clicks give me discount on another brand no she cant ! Why not ... iam a customer surely if you dont have stock not my problem give me discount on another brand of pull up then very disapointed in Clicks . I want a answer pls ***
