No stock and no service - Clicks Retail Park

I used to do all my shopping at Clicks Retail park but since about a year I am avoiding that branch. In the past I have experienced a lack of service and the store is simply not maintained anymore. On Saturday, 30 May I gave it another try and went shopping there. It was terrible. There is hardly any stock in the shelves and the staff is just lazing around the isles and chatting to each other. No one will come and ask if they can assist. I was looking for the clicks brand dishwasher tabs which appear to be out of stock since December 2014!!!! Regardless to what branch I go - the clicks tabs are never there. This time they did not even have the normal brand!! Do I have to understand that since December 2014 no one in Clicks is able to order clicks tabs?? This was just one Item amongst many that were missing. I approached two staff members and asked for the tabs but all he could tell me was what I already new. He checked the shelves and said: Eish, out of stock. For him the conversation and the service ended here. I will avoid clicks in future - once a blooming friendly shop, now a cold unfriendly place with absolutely no service and no stock - thanks a lot Clicks!
