no stock and bad attitude

<p>they had a special and advise R29.99 for 9 rolls of twinsaver toilet tissue. went there twice no stock. we cannot get a rain check either. apprently i was to take a R100 voucher only as that is what they offered others. then a lady from mall of africa calls me i explained to her how they allowed people to take trolley full she says they decided that was fine but for me no. i cannot get the product at that price at all. mall of africa clicks is disgusting. their staff completely incompetant.</p> <p>furtehrmore if you going to let certain people take trolley full why now stop others and say well you get 3 and you oh sorry no stock means you get nothing! if you didnt let them take trolley full then we all would have gotten stock. you are useless and your customer service as a whole throughtout your branches is serriously falling and dischem should be getting alot more business from now onwards.</p>
