No service at OTC

I was wanting to purchase OTC meds at the self medication side as split at the Dispensary, but I was told to go stand at the prescription side where there was a long cue. I had to wait over 30min to buy Acc 200. The OTC counters was covered with boxes of stock the the girl was busy unpacking. There was also only 2 people attending at the dispensary.

I logged my complaint to the email address as given on the website for clicks customer care and received a response saying that my email was received and I will get response in 2 working days.... It's now been 5 days with no response.

I don't know... Has such a thing as customer care become just another one and bad service a get use to it attitude these days...
